HHHO became a 501(c)(3) in 2005. In 2009 Haiti recognized HHHO as a NGO. In every community we serve, we hope that our work becomes a tool for healing and strengthening people’s relationships with God. Whether we are meeting people’s basic human needs, improving their living conditions, educating or sharing the gospel, we aim to always be encouraging individuals in their faith journey and pointing them toward a saving relationship with Jesus Christ...one way to truly become self-sufficient.

LCMC Conference a Huge Success!

It was a great honor for HHHO to be invited to attend the LCMC Conference the first weekend in October. The conference was held in Minneapolis. Connie Marthaler, HHHO Founder, spoke at a breakout session and was one of the keynote speakers. Thank you LCMC for all the support you have given HHHO. We look forward to working with you in the future!

Shirley Nowak said...: I attended the LCMC conference with Connie. What a rewarding experience!!!! The worship services were very moving~~it gave me goose bumps and brought tears to my eyes to see so many men expressing their love for Jesus Christ in song and prayer!!

Calvary Lutheran hosted the conference with about 1200 people in attendence and should be commended for a job well done. From my perspective everything ran very smoothly~~from parking to hospitality greeters at the doors to the meals that were served.

The cheeses curds were a big hit~~ we went through about 25 pounds. Many did not know what they were and many more came back several times to our table to "sample" them again.

A BIG thanks to LCMC for inviting us to share and spread the word about HHHO. And a personal thanks to the Pastors that touched my life with prayer!!; October 12, 2010 12:51 PM
